The Start to End time historical data retrieval gets data from the server based on the time period between the start and end time specified in the Time Range side bar item.
At any time only one time period can have its checkbox checked. The time that has its checkbox checked can be modified and the other time with its checkbox unchecked can not be modified. When the Get Data button is pressed PlantVantage retrieves a set of data between the specified start and end time.
