Each Server is configured to have a set number of concurrent PlantVantage users .PlantVantage periodically checks the number of concurrent users currently using the currently selected server. If the maximum number of concurrent users is reached on the server, PlantVantage is set to the Maximum number or Users mode. If the maximum number of concurrent users is not reached on the server and PlantVantage is currently in Maximum number of Users mode, PlantVantage is back to be in a normal mode. If PlantVantage is in Maximum Number of Users Mode it is not possible to get any data from the server that is currently connected to. The maximum number of Concurrent users can be modified by the software vendor.
