To place a hairline on the chart, a row in the cell has to be clicked.
This will cause the associated time period in the chart to have a vertical hairline placed on it.
Pressing the Left keyboard button causes the Chart hairline to be move to the left. Similarly pressing the right keyboard button causes the Chart Hairline to move to the right.
