This connection error occurs when the server does not know of the user name supplied by PlantVantage. The error causes a login screen to appear.
A message like the following at the bottom of the login screen reports the error. This type of error occurs when the username provided does not exist on the server that PlantVantage is trying to connect to. To fix this a valid username and password has to be provided.
