There are two main ways to specify an initial set of data to fetch from the server. The first is to specify the start and end point of the time period via the Time Range side panel item. The second is to specify a time period centered on a moment of interest via the Go To Time function.
Once the initial data selection is made, the number of samples can be increased or decreased via the Data Sample Size function, available through the tool bar at the top of the screen.
