Selecting a page in the TrendPage side bar item and then clicking on the Edit Page toolbar or menu item brings up the Edit Page dialog.
If the page selected is a Server page then the Edit Server Page Dialog is shown. The Edit Server dialog displays the pens which belong to the selected page.
If the page selected is a Local page then the Edit Local Page Dialog is shown. The Edit Local dialog displays the pens which belong to the selected page.
Modifying the scale values of pens is the same across both the Edit Server Page Dialog and Edit Local Page Dialog. When modifying scale values one or more pens can be selected. If multiple pens are selected and they have different scale values then no scale values are displayed. If multiple pens are selected and they have the same values then those scale values are displayed. When scale values are changed the scale value changes are applied across all the selected pens.
