To select a set of cells in the grid bar a cell is clicked and then mouse is dragged until required number of cells are selected.
Alternatively whole rows can be selected by clicking and dragging on the rectangles on the left hand side of the first column.
To copy the cells Control + C is pressed. Then the cells can be paste into a word processor such as Word or a spreadsheet program such as Excel.
