To Add an Annotation the Add Annotation button is clicked from the Edit Menu.
After clicking on the Add Annotation button the cursor turns into a Cross. Then the cursor is to dragged on the chart to create the Annotation area.
After the Annotation area is created the cursor turns back into a Arrow and the Annotation is set to edit mode for text to be entered in the Annotation. To finish the edit mode of the Annotation a cursor click on the chart is to be used.
